Why would two lawyers risk their careers to protect someone who abuses the legal system?. Both attorneys hold positions within the city government. By all accounts one of the lawyers is the go to person for real estate law. You might think that the defendant's attorneys is only doing it for the money and maybe that is it by why is the plantiff's attorney protect the defendant as well. The defendant has a history of sueing and losing, and lying under oath with such blatant disregard that one must question if it is all a game or a legal version of munchausen syndrome. All surveyors and title searchers testify that it is a frivilous lawsuit. And like the commercial says they delay, deny and defend their outrageous claims. Why would someone spend $30,000 in an attempt to landlock a neighbor that moved in 8 years ago. One thing is clear the case is not about a road but something much more.

So what is someone who cant get justice after years of going through the process supposed to do?

So what does someone do when they feel like they are living a John Grisham novel? The legal system has truly failed me. The police wont get involved in what they label a property dispute, the county attorney wont return my phone calls, and my lawyer has all but abandoned me. I have a huge folder of documents to prove my case and the opposition has nothing but lies that I can disprove but my attorney failed to point out during cross examination. I'm in a relatively small mysoginistic town with big political overtones. All lawyers involved will be accused of unethical behavior on numerous accounts. Add to the equation that family betrayal is at the heart of the case. Harrassment to the extreme of shots fired, dead animals, and a decapitation wire lends one to think that the opposition is hiding a terrible secret and will go to any length to force us out.
